How do I book a party?

Fill out your contact information on our CONTACT US page or leave us as message at 773-412-4141. A 50% non refundable deposit is required when booking characters for your event.  The balance must be paid by the day of the party.

How far in advance should I book my party?

We book our characters 2-3 weeks in advance. Our actors perform all over and schedule out quickly. We recommend booking early.

What if I need to cancel or postpone a party?

Let us know ASAP! We do require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Once your character appearance is booked and the deposit is paid, the party can only be postponed once, at no extra charge. 


We will gladly work with you to reserve another date for your party or event. If you decide to cancel (not postpone or reschedule) your party for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

What is your travel policy?

We attend events that are within 50 miles from 60008. Events 25 miles from 60008 will have an additional $25 charge per character. 

What do I need to provide for the party?

We need space, appearances require lots of room to dance and play around in. 

Do characters accept tips?

Tips are never expected but are always appreciated! Most people choose to tip 15-20%.
